Important Update From the Club Administrator Regarding Return to Curl in January

Dear Members,

I know the latest restrictions have been challenging to understand. Your Covid Committee has been working hard to make sense of them. As always our priority is the safety of our membership. We are able to continue our regular league play as planned. Your league start dates for January 2022 have not changed. Please check with your league representatives if you are not sure when your league starts.

Please click on this link to a document that is short, concise and outlines the protocols for the PMCC: https://portmoodycurling.ca/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/2022-PMCC-Curling-In-January-2022-.pdf

One protocol that has been removed is the use of Lysol on the scoreboard numbers. This is in response to concerns by members who suffer from the effects of aerosols. As of January 1st, 2022 the Lysol spray will be removed and not used in our curling rink.

I can’t emphasize enough how extremely important it is that members stay home if they are not feeling well.

Hoping you are healthy and ready to get back in the swing,

Janice van Veen PMCC, Club Administrator
